BOOKING
✴︎ The best & most efficient way to schedule an appointment with us is by giving us a call at 434.979.5556. If we are unable to answer your call, leave a voicemail and someone will be back in touch as soon as possible.
✴︎ We also offer the option to book an appointment through email – [email protected]. Please keep in mind due to the large volume of emails we receive, we cannot always get back to you as quickly as we would like. If you don’t get a response or confirmation within 24 hours when booking via email, please give us a quick call to continue booking.
CONSULTATIONS
✴︎ Consultations are great for drastic changes in cut or color, if you need a second opinion prior to booking or if you are a new client. They give the stylist the opportunity to take a look at your hair and make sure we are booking you appropriately with the correct amount of time needed to achieve the service. Consultations are no charge and take about 15 minutes.
✴︎ Please note that consultations are required for new clients if booking for certain services or with a certain stylist. They may also be required if it has been a while since your last service, if you are an existing or new client scheduling for a color correction, extensions or a relaxing service for the first time.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
✴︎ In order to provide the best and safest experience for everyone, we ask that guests and children not receiving a service remain in one of our provided waiting areas. We thank you for your understanding.
CONFIRMATIONS
✴︎ Based on your confirmation preferences you will receive a call, automated text or automated email 2 days prior to your appointment confirming the stylist name, the date and time of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
✴︎ If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling 434.979.5556. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee prior to rebooking.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
✴︎ We have a 15 minute window for those running a little behind. Outside of that window, we will do our very best to accommodate, but the appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled if it interferes with another client’s service.
✴︎ Clients who no show a scheduled appointment, will be charged 100% of the missed service cost and must have a card on file before you will be able to reschedule.
CREDIT CARDS
✴︎ For certain services (i.e. weekend & special events, double processes, smoothing treatments, etc.) you may be asked to have a card on file and/or a deposit of 50% of the total service cost.
✴︎ The deposit is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours notice, however if the appointment is no-showed the deposit is non-refundable.
✴︎ There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions, not exceed $15. Debit Card, Cash & Check are exempt.
